Jack Stern is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Florida as well as many Federal Courts. In addition to representing individuals and small business owners his clients include real estate developers, mortgage lending institutions and real estate brokerage firms.
A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, he has worked for the Legal Aid Society of New York before entering private practice in Staten Island.
Mr. Stern is an instructor at the Staten Island Board of Realtors. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Eger Lutheran Homes and Services, Inc. as well as having been its President. He is a former director of New Springville Little League. He currently serves on the Board of the St. George Theater and the Board of Hillel of the College of Staten Island where he was President for six years.

Raised on Staten Island, Marissa graduated from Susan E. Wagner High School and received her Bachelor of the Arts in Criminal Justice in 2007 from The George Washington University. Marissa attended New York Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2010. Marissa was admitted to practice law in New York in 2012.
Marissa is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York County Bar Association. Marissa is also a member of the Alpha Phi International Women’s Fraternity.
Marissa is an active volunteer with the New York City Shiba Inu rescue where she helps foster and rescue dogs find their forever homes as well as reuniting lost dogs with their families. Marissa has been appointed as a Court Evaluator in guardianship cases for the Supreme Court of New York.
Garrett M. Fruchtman is a trial attorney with offices in Staten Island, New York. Recently, Garrett has been focusing on Criminal and DWI/DUI Defense. Garrett currently represents individuals charged with serious criminal matters in New York and New Jersey. He also represents individuals and a variety of business entities regarding: Real Estate, Wills/Estates, Civil Litigation, and Domestic Violence.
Garrett is a 2008 graduate of the Seton Hall University, School of Law, located in Newark, NJ. After graduation, Garrett served a one year appointment as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene H. Austin, a judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County. He began private practice criminal defense after his clerkship at a boutique criminal defense firm in Newark, NJ before joining the Law Offices of Michael G. Brucki, LLC. In March of 2017, he joined the law firm of: Jack Stern, Attorney at Law, in Staten Island, New York.
Garrett is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Garrett is also a member of the Alpha Sigma Phi National Social Fraternity.

Mr. Birch serves as an Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.
